this guy uses the smooth metal pan, i used a 10 inch plastic with riffles, well he makes it look easy and it is after about 500 pans, but the body does need time to get used to the work type. shoveling and hikeing, makeing camps from time to time, prospecting and traversing, its a lot of work. the prize comes when you done your homework and trained hard, and you find that beutifull gold color in the bottom of your pan, yes sir...." i have found gold". more like my good cousin Lenny gave me and cousin Danny a gold claim between barkerville and quesnel. with flood gold and gold bearing..the experiance was priceless. well that was last year, and here it is march 2012 and im gearing up to go out again till after christmass at which time the survival re-treat will be complete. the more the merrier...i ecourage all to think about it and ask yourself, did i do all i could? or just surf these links and enjoy the info... have fun and see you out there.
